East End Theatre came into being from the June 1998 merging of Gloucester Players (30 years standing) and Amateur Cumberland Theatre Society (5 years standing). We have now completed twelve seasons including eight successful Pantomimes that are performed at Christmas and include many local children and adults. East End Theatre is a community based theatrical group who aim to create a nurturing, professional and fun environment for seasoned or first time actors and technical volunteers. EET enables them to reach their own potential within a joint team pursuit of excellence and is backed by enthusiastic experienced teachers.
